Uploading Invoices to EximPe Account

Add from the EximPe App
Step 1
To begin uploading an invoice into your EximPe account, navigate to the “Invoice” section, then click on “Add New” followed by “Upload.”

Step 2
Select the appropriate file from your computer.

Step 3
Click on “Open.” The OCR system will read the invoice’s contents and auto-populate the necessary fields. Verify these details for accuracy and then click “Add.” The invoice is now successfully added to your EximPe account.

Add via email
You can also share the invoice with EximPe via email.
Include invoices@eximpe.com in the cc/bcc field and send the email with the file attached. The system will automatically process and add the invoice to your account.

If the emailed invoice is valid, it should appear in the system within a minute.

Add via Whatsapp
Easily incorporate your invoices into your EximPe account by sharing them via the official WhatsApp number

EximPe will automatically read and add the invoice for you. To begin, send your invoice to the EximPe WhatsApp account.
Once processed and validated, your invoice will be added to your account. You will receive a confirmation message with the invoice details.
