Creating and Sharing Invoices with EximPe
Step 1
Begin by navigating to the Invoices page, where you can initiate the creation and sharing of your invoice directly with a client through EximPe.
Step 2
Click on “Add Invoice” and then select “Create New” to start crafting a new invoice.
Step 3
If this is your first time creating an invoice, you will be prompted to complete the configuration. You can add all relevant personal and company details. Ensure to include your signature.
Step 4
Add your company logo, GST number, UGT number, and any customer notes as needed. Once all the details are accurately entered, click on “Proceed” to continue.
Step 5
Proceed to create the invoice by entering the necessary details.
Step 6
Select the name of your customer or client from the list.
Step 7
If the customer’s email address is missing, you will be prompted to enter it.
Step 8
Click on “Add Now” to provide the email address.
Step 9
Ensure to input the customer’s country as well, then click on “Save Details.”
Step 10
Fill in the invoice number, invoice date, invoice terms, and select the payment currency.
Step 11
You can now begin to add items to the invoice.
Step 12
Add descriptions for the items as necessary.
Step 13
Include additional items if required.
Step 14
Once all items are listed, select the account where you wish to receive the payment. Modify the customer notes if needed. Review the invoice preview on the right and zoom in to verify accuracy.
Step 15
If everything is correct, click on “Create Invoice.” The invoice will be generated, and you can now proceed to email it to your client. Double-check all entered details.

A draft of the email subject and body has been automatically generated.
Step 17
If you are satisfied with the details, click on “Send Invoice.”
Step 18
The invoice has now been successfully shared with your client.
